Go to MyPage (located at top right of website) -> Edit Profile -> Input Password -> Make changes to personal info (e.g. shipping address, mobile number etc) -> Save

What is the lead time for delivery?

Lead time is 7-9 business days for products with a production time of 1-2 business days.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We only offer standard shipping with a delivery time of 7-9 business days for most products.

How do I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel by the order number in ‘MyPage’ > ‘My Orders’.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free for orders over S$50.00.

Where do you print and ship orders?

Our printing facility is located in South Korea, and we dispatch orders from our facility three times
a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Do I receive tracking information for my order?

A shipment confirmation that includes the tracking information will be automatically sent to you
once your order is dispatched from our facility for registered members.
For non-registered members, please contact us via email to receive the tracking information.

What is the colour profile used by RedPrinting?

We use the international standard colour profile (GRACOL) for all printing jobs received

What kind of file can I upload for printing? (Users with design files)

We only accept files sent in PDF format (exported from Adobe applications). We do not
accept files sent in other formats. Users can learn more about file types and PDF file
creation with related software in the Product Guide.

Why is the colour on my monitor different from the final print output?

It is challenging to produce prints with the exact colour seen on a monitor screen.
We suggest placing an order for a sample quanity before proceeding with a larger order
quantity.

Do you provide sample services?

We do not provide sample services. As we do not have a minimum order quantity,
we recommend placing an order for a small quantity before placing a large order.

Can I make changes to my order after printing has begun?

Amendment or cancellation cannot be made after the printing of your order has begun.
Please contact our customer support immediately should you wish to make
changes after submitting your order. We will assist you with the revisions
if the printing of your order has not begun.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity. You can place an order for as little as one quantity.

What kind of file can I upload for printing using the online web editor?

We accept files uploaded in JPG, PNG, and PDF file format. Users can learn more about

What are my payment options?

Payment can be made via PayPal and Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard).

When will I receive payment confirmation of my order?

Our system will check the payment status and automatically send out a payment confirmation notice.

Can I ask for a refund during the production stage?

A refund cannot be issued once the order has entered production as
amendment or cancellation cannot be made after the printing of your order has begun.

submitting your order. We will assist you with the revisions if the printing of your order has not begun.

Can I pay with a name different from the name used for billing?

If the name for the order placed is different from the name that appears on the payment transaction,
please deselect the option for ‘Billing Address Same As Delivery Address?’.

How long do I have to make payment after ordering?

Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of the submission of the order. Orders will be
automatically canceled after 7 days.

Do your prices include shipping?

Our prices do not include shipping. Shipping is free for orders over S$50.00

Do your prices include GST?

All prices quoted on our website do not include GST.
GST is only applicable to orders over S$399.00.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Our prices are tiered for most of the products on our website.
Hence, the price is more affordable for customers with larger order quantities.
